Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises while using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Our Stroller Strides classes not only include an incredible workout for our moms, but we include tons of fun for the babies and children as well! We sing songs, read stories and get them involved as much as we can to keep them busy and happy during the class.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. This class is open to all pregnant mothers. Women taking this class must have their doctors approval and have them sign off on taking these classes before the moms may begin. All of our Fit4Baby classes follow ACOG guidelines and all of our instructors have prenatal fitness certifications.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Our Body Back session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's, Food Journals and recipes, as well as personal and private online support with the current Body Back session.
